You Choose

Life happens.
If you ignore it
or pretend that
time isn't hurtling forward,
you miss out.

Death happens.
If you ignore it
or pretend that
you can prevent getting old,
death still comes.

Life happens.
If you enjoy it
and do your best
to find happiness each day,
you will live.
